Returns & Cancellations – Quick Summary

  • Lowered Lifestyle® items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, if unused and in original condition

  • Items from other brands are subject to manufacturer return policies and fees

  • Order cancellations may be subject to a processing fee of up to 10% to cover non-refundable credit card payment processing fees and administrative costs incurred by us at the time of purchase

  • Approved returns or refunds may be subject to restocking fees (up to 20%)

  • Special-order, pre-order and custom items are final sale

  • Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable

Refund Policy - Lowered Lifestyle® Brand


Lowered Lifestyle® branded products may be eligible for exchange or store credit, subject to approval and item condition.

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. In approved cases, a restocking or processing fee may apply.

Lowered Lifestyle reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges for items that show signs of use, installation, damage, or modification. If a return does not meet eligibility requirements, the customer will be notified and may choose to have the item returned at their expense or forfeit the item. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.

Refund Policy - Other Brands

Restocking fees will vary based on the manufacturer. If you request a refund on items from brands other than Lowered Lifestyle, your return will be subject to that manufacturer’s return and cancellation policies.

These items may be subject to restocking and/or cancellation fees, and original freight or shipping charges may be deducted from the refund if the return qualifies and is approved by the manufacturer.

Cancelation

If a cancellation is requested by the customer, any third-party payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

If you (the customer) request to cancel your order and it meets the criteria to be eligible for cancellation, a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the order total may apply. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing fees, order handling, and administrative costs incurred at the time of purchase.

Payment processing fees are charged to us immediately by Shopify and our credit card processors and are not refunded to us in the event of a cancellation. In most cases, these fees range from approximately 2.9%–5%. We do not profit from cancellation fees; they exist solely to recover unrecoverable costs and prevent financial loss due to order cancellations.

Special-order or custom items may not be eligible for cancellation or return once processing has begun. All sales are FINAL on custom items.

Fees and pricing

Lowered Lifestyle reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on all orders that are refunded or cancelled. This includes pre-order and back-order items that the customer agrees to proceed with when items are currently out of stock.

If an item is not stocked at our facility (including, but not limited to, certain wheels, suspension components, or specialty items), restocking fees may vary by manufacturer. In some cases, total restocking fees may be up to 30%.

Return shipping costs for rejected return requests (including fully operational, undamaged items) will be billed to the customer.

Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING: FREE USA SHIPPING offers are available on certain items or amounts spent on “Lowered Lifestyle” branded Goods/Apparel. Free shipping is offered in the lower 48 US states.

STANDARD AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Please be aware that with all shipping options, most do not include transit time on the weekends. Shipping times are based on handler's shipping speeds, not on our processing times. Please allow 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS to process and ship out your items, excluding your shipping selection speed. For example an order placed on Saturday will usually ship on Monday. Our processing times can take up to 72 hours from the time you order. If we are out of town for an event, shipping times may be delayed until we're back in the office.

DIRECT (DROP) SHIP ITEMS: In order to keep costs down and provide parts at competitive prices, many items are shipped directly from our suppliers. In these cases we cannot guarantee stock on these items until the order is placed. We will notify you within 2 business days if an item is not available to ship immediately.

INSPECT PARTS UPON ARRIVAL: While we strive to ensure accuracy of all orders that are shipped in extremely rare occasions boxes are mislabeled and/or wrong parts are shipped. Once you have received your order be sure to CHECK the parts for accuracy prior to starting your installation!

INSURANCE FOR LOST / DAMAGED PACKAGES: Shipping prices do not include insurance. If you'd like to add insurance to your order, please email us prior to placing your order. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any lost, late or damaged items and Lowered Lifestyle must have a claim completed with the carrier before you can be refunded or before a replacement can be shipped. If your claim is denied, you will be responsible for placing a new order. 

International Shipping

All prices are listed in USD and will be charged to your credit card bank in US funds. Your bank will convert the USD to your currency for the purchase.

International shipping prices do not include import duties or taxes. We are unable to estimate what these importation costs may be. It is the customer's responsibility to research local duties and fees before placing an order.

VERIFY YOUR SHIPPING INFO

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that all shipments are sent to the desired destination. Failure to verify the accuracy of ones shipping address is not grounds for a refund. In the event of a refused shipment, shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer will need to cover the cost to re-ship.

Return shipping costs on Rejected Requests (i.e. fully operational, undamaged items), will be billed to the customer.
