BACKORDERS
Sometimes our partners are waiting for more items to arrive and it's a good choice to get a backorder (or preorder) in so you lock in your items on the upcoming shipment. Once a backorder order is placed, we will push the order through to the supplier and your item will ship once available.
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. We will send you an update email through the portal once we get a better idea of shipping times, as some items and suppliers may have varying arrival times for incoming stock.

**Please keep in mind that if you do place a backorder prior to checking on inventory times, and decide to cancel after the order has been placed, we will not be able to refund any credit card fees.
